New 2009 Clutch guard and disk rotor guard rule

401.10.4 : New for all classes 2009
All karts must be equipped with a brake disk guard,aka Wolf plate,between disk plate and back of seat.

401.17.3: New for all classes 2009
Any kart that has a clutch between the seat and the motor mount must have a clutch/chain guard that is as wide as the clutch and spring extensions when the clutch is enguaged.
